Cancellation, Booking and Refund Policies
- To register for a course with Wilderness Medical Consultants all fees must be paid at time of booking and students must sign our waiver of liability prior to the course.
- Wilderness Medical Consultants reserves the right to cancel or change dates at any time due to insufficient enrolment without penalty.
- If Wilderness Medical Consultants cancels a course, the student’s full payment will be refunded.
- If a student cancels from a course the following Cancellation Policies Apply:
- If canceling 90 days or 3 months prior to the course start date a full refund will be given OR the student may transfer to a different course date without penalty (one time only for course transfer).
- If canceling 60-90 days or 2-3 months prior to the course start date a full refund will be given less a $50 administration fee OR the student may transfer to a different course date without penalty (one time only).
- If canceling 30-60 days or 1-2 months prior to the course start date a 50% refund of course fee will be given OR the student may transfer to a different course date for $50 (one time only).
- If canceling less than 30 days there are no refunds.
- NOTE: If a student decides to transfer to a course that has a higher fee the student must pay the difference. If a student transfers to a course of lesser value the difference will be refunded.
- NOTE: If a student pays by credit card or paypal and requests a refund, refunds will be issued as per the policy above less a $45 transaction fee.
- Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or email).
